Nova plataforma Cuidar+On substitui Saúde24h e oferece melhoria do atendimento remoto com médicos, enfermeiros e psicólogos
Ribeirão Preto passa a ter teleconsultas disponíveis 24 horas na rede pública. O aplicativo Cuidar+On, que substitui o Saúde24h, foi lançado nesta quarta-feira (30) e traz melhorias no atendimento remoto.
A plataforma permite teleconsultas com médicos, enfermeiros e psicólogos a qualquer hora, com emissão rápida de receitas e atestados digitais.
O app já está disponível para Android no Google Play. Para usuários de iPhone, o atendimento segue temporariamente pelo WhatsApp e telefone 0800 até que o aplicativo seja liberado na App Store.
A Secretaria Municipal de Saúde destaca que o Cuidar+On oferece acompanhamento psicológico contínuo, com até quatro sessões com o mesmo profissional, fortalecendo o vínculo terapêutico.
Além de reduzir deslocamentos e longas filas, o aplicativo oferece agilidade no atendimento, maior comodidade para quem não pode se deslocar e acesso facilitado a orientações médicas e psicológicas 24 horas por dia.
Nas Unidades de Pronto Atendimento (UPAs), o Cuidar+On já está disponível em salas exclusivas para teleconsultas, agilizando o fluxo para casos leves. Os medicamentos prescritos durante a consulta remota podem ser retirados diretamente nas farmácias das UPAs e unidades de saúde.
