Ribeirão tem frota de ambulâncias do Samu 100% renovada

Treze novas ambulâncias zero quilômetros foram entregues nesta sexta (25)
A frota de veículos do Samu - Serviço de Atendimento de Móvel de Urgência – foi 100% renovada em Ribeirão Preto. Na manhã desta sexta-feira (25), os 13 veículos totalmente equipados e novos foram entregues para atender a população e cidades da região.
A entrega dos veículos aconteceu na Esplanada do Theatro Pedro II e contou com a presença do prefeito Duarte Nogueira, da secretária municipal da Saúde, Jane Aparecida Cristina e da equipe do Samu.
“Pela primeira vez, a Prefeitura de Ribeirão Preto, com recursos próprios, entrega de uma vez só a nova frota de ambulâncias que será utilizada para uso operacional, para salvar vidas e cuidar da saúde das pessoas”, disse o prefeito, durante a cerimônia de entrega.
No total, foram entregues duas USAs – Unidades de Suporte Avançado – e onze USBs – Unidades de Suporte Básico. Com a entrega dos veículos, todos equipados, a frota de atendimento do Samu de Ribeirão Preto e Região foi 100% renovada.
