Novo Bom Prato Centro será licitado no dia 27 de outubro

Unidade na rua Lafaiete terá anexo para atendimento de pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade social e espaço pet
A licitação para a construção do novo prédio do Bom Prato no centro da cidade já tem data e horário para começar: 27 de outubro de 2023, às 9h. O aviso foi publicado pela Secretaria da Administração de Ribeirão Preto no Diário Oficial do Município da última sexta-feira, 22, e informa investimento estimado em R$ 4.914.752,56.
A nova unidade será construída na Rua Lafaiete, numa área de 1.868,14m², a aproximadamente 150 metros da atual estrutura do Bom Prato e bem próximo dos principais terminais de ônibus urbanos.
De acordo com o prefeito Duarte Nogueira, “o projeto arquitetônico contempla um anexo pensando em oferecer serviços voltados a pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade social. Outro diferencial é a implantação de um espaço pet, com objetivo de acolher os cães de estimação dos frequentadores do restaurante”.
As empresas interessadas em participar da licitação podem realizar visita técnica (facultativa) até o dia 26 de outubro. A modalidade adotada é a de Concorrência, com critério de julgamento de Menor Valor Global.
